Easter Holiday. Inishouse will stay closed from Thursday 18th of April until Sunday 28th
The first thing we want our very young learners to do is to relax, to enjoy themselves and to have fun, in English! We want them to learn to love the language and to get so accustomed to listening to it, to experience it so naturally that they hardly even notice it! To help us achieve these positive feelings, we are also giving them plenty of audio input with enough context for them to understand it. As we explore words and structures we will use story-telling accompanied by pictures, mimes, puppets, the latest TV characters, familiar to them from Peppa Pig to Disney characters, we will paint the seasons in English, make rocks come alive to discover the face, we will dance and sing and follow instructions to games and activities, all these things that will them the learners express their creativity and experiment with communication in English!
Parties and Themed workshops
Apart from class, throughout the year there are various events to which Inishouse students are invited, such as Halloween and Patrick's Day Parties. These celebrations are open to parents and children, so that everybody can enjoy join in the fun to be had in English.
